What is the difference of a compact cot from
conventional cots?
The softer a cot is the more controllable the fiber is and consequently the yarn value is better. On the other hand worse abrasion values are obtained. 65 shore hardness in TE-650 cot is set for the optimum value for abrasion resistance and the best quality yarn value. TE-650 has been chemically redesigned to obtain better abrasion resistance and friction factor. This enables to manufacture the best value yarn with the optimum grinding intervals.
AREAS OF USE
INTERMEDIATE (MIDDLE) COT
ON COMPACT SPINNING MACHINES
On conventional systems the traveling distance for rover is 10-15 mm. On pact systems, however, this distance does not exceed 5 mm, and this causes the formation of fiber cuts on cots in shorter periods of time. TE-650 has a different chemical structure to improve abrasion resistance as well as increased friction co-efficiency.
TE-650 cot with 65 shore hardness facilitates fibre control and improves yarn quality properties. In addition to that, with the high abrasion resistance, grinding intervals have been decreased.
EXIT (FRONT) COT ON CONVENTIONAL SPINNING MACHINES
On conventional systems, front cot working performance is very important for better yarn values. It is possible to abserve the difference by only changing the cot.
TE-650 cot is the one with needed properties to help you for this purpose. It is also used in 30 Ne and up yarn manufacturing as front cot.
