USE OF NEW TECHNOLOGY

Extrusion technology is used within the apron and the cot production. This technology not only provides o homogeneus rubber mix, but also via a three-layer filter system, the entire unwanted substances are eliminated from within the rubber mix. Therefore perfect products surfaces are achieved after recification moraover with the newly developed production method, the thickness divergence is maintained below the level of ± 0,02 mm. This in turn helps better yarn values (thin places, thick places) to be achieved.

HUMAN RESOURCES

For the design of the rubber formulations and the monitoring of the production processes require well-trained and experienced human resources. In Asteks our most important asset is our customers is provided by 130 employes, including

7 engineers, 1 economists and 15 technicians.

Interactivity with the customers is achieved through passing on the user tada that has been sent by our customers to the production the R&D units. This is how the production is led by the wishes of the users.

RAW MATERIAL STANDARDS

Based on the consistent product quality, long term agreements are being made with the supplers who have certificates. All raw materials are pre-tested according to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System before they are taken in production. This is how the same quality of raw materials is comsistent throughout time.
